I was unsure starting career coaching, but working with Alwin has been an amazing experience from start to end. Even during our initial call, he was able to make distinct observations about me and my needs. Through our sessions, we discovered a very exciting long term career goal, that I could never come up with by myself! We also identified the best next steps, which I was able to initiate already during our sessions.

I had recently a very good experience in a personal "Job-Coaching" process with Alwin. It was easy and fast to start with the coaching. I specially appreciate the flexibility we work with: schedule, mixture of online and 'in person' sessions and content adapted according to the needs and evolution of my own process. Highly recommend Alwin to anyone who needs some direction in their life or career. He is an empathetic listener and an excellent communicator. This makes his fun exercises like the ‘disney game’, or the ‘bus ride with yourself’ even more enjoyable. I’ve been having sessions for 10 months now and have recommended him to three other friends. Don’t be fooled though, Alwin’s not stupid and trust me, he won’t do the work for you, he makes you work and gets you really thinking about how solve problems at work and in your everyday life.
